The staff was excellent: friendly, courteous, available. The room keeping staff Ram Khumar from Nepal was outstanding, only second to Rabindra, also from Nepal, whom I had met during my second stay at Hilton. Hardly find any more dedicated staff.

The staff were friendly and most accommodating, in particular that the room was available well before check in time. Special thanks to Rabindra who always ensured that my room was tidy and plenty of coffee, sugar & milk was available.

The house keeping supervisor Ram Kumar from Nepal was v.helpful.He used to keep our room tidy everyday .He is a gem of a person .I had forgotten my valuables in the room and it was untouched .Thank you for the amazing hospitality .
